Sustos's Taco - Holly Springs

We were fans and frequent customers, but on our last delivery, we got cheese instead of huh. their solution was that we were going back and they would give us the bun and a free cheese baptism. one, cheese dip was already part of the original order and two, a 30 min. drive for a customer was not a feasible solution. maybe a loan to the next order? something? at least we would have been a return customer. no more. this is the second error we have met. the first one I got, but two mistakes in four to command? another restaurant will receive our future paragliding.

Had the spicy special (columbian platter). it's great the pig bell is the best I had, and they have the real Salsa picante that's hard to find from any reason. a second time for the Mexican menu. it wasn't common.

Susto’s is a hidden gem divided in a plaza by publix. we met the owners and they bring their passion and family recipes to their own. there is a hidden Columbia menu, picada is available at the weekend. I went for the empanadas who would find me back to the taste they would find in bogota. the chicharron and refajo (shandy like bier) were the best I had? and the ananas salsa (on the house) was the bomb!

Great place and straight menu. the small salsas they offer with the chips are great. service was ok, not amazing.

Yum! Great service and great food starting with the trio of salsas they promptly delivered to my table when I sat down. She kindly described the 3: pineapple (spicy! , regular salsa and roasted. All were tasty and I especially liked the pineapple sweet heat. The chips were thick enough to hold the salsa and not greasy. Ordered a chicken quesadilla with corn, black beans inside and it was full of filling, cheesy and very good. You get a choice of side and the server recommended the corn salad. Reminds me of street corn!
