Durrr Burger - Hollywood

This establishment should be shut down. I can't believe they are able to maintain the Burger King franchise.

Burger King is often crowded with slow service and a noticeable presence of homeless individuals.

Today, we visited the drive-in on North Federal Highway in Hollywood, Florida. The building is in very poor condition and appears to be badly in need of repair. The staff taking orders seemed to have trouble understanding our requests. The interior of the store was also unattractive. If I were Burger King, I would be embarrassed to have this location open in its current state. Unfortunately, we will likely not be returning. However, the food was decent.

I eat Burger King alot, but this one has the rudest laziest employees I have seen. I had to go inside after the drive thru because the one sandwich I ordered was wrong. 3 employees were just standing around talking. When I showed them that it was wrong they tried to make it my fault. The drive thru woman stood up and agreed with me that they made it wrong. The manager actually made a very rude comment about by saying bacon isn 't good for you . Seriously, she should not work in sales, or customer service.
