El Molino Tipico Cafe Y - Hollywood

First time there and went with a Latin friend. Service was helpful and very pleasant. Food was great; papusa was delicious and meal was well presented and plentiful. We both enjoyed it very much. Very authentic and has a down home vibe .Highlyrecommended.

A cute Cuban style breakfast or lunch spot. Small dine in area..is on a busy road in a residential and small commercial area. Cuban coffee.

The staff was friendly, but I was quite disappointed with my meal. I ordered the garlic shrimp and seafood soup. The shrimp had a strong fishy taste, and it was overcooked. The rice that accompanied the dish was tough, and the red beans were also hard. Overall, I was left feeling very dissatisfied.

Oh my gosh! Absolutely yes! The food was fantastic. I forgot to take photos, but the empanadas were made fresh and delicious. The steak burrito was equally fresh and flavorful. My mom enjoyed a turkey and ham sandwich with bacon, which she also found very tasty. The portions were so generous that we ended up bringing home quite a bit of food. The service was quick and polite. It's a real gem in downtown Hollywood. I didn't get pictures of the restaurant itself, but I do have some of the food we took home. It was so, so good! And the fresh tamarind juice was refreshingly delicious!

I only ordered pupusas and horchata to share with some friends. Everyone was impressed by how delicious everything was. However, I wish they had more vegan and vegetarian options and were more accommodating. I requested that the vegetarian and meat pupusas be kept separate, but unfortunately, they were all mixed together, causing the juices from the non-vegetarian pupusas to contaminate the vegetarian ones. As a result, the vegetarians had to either skip eating or risk consuming meat juices.
