Adorable mom and pop donut shop. The staff is so kind and friendly, the donuts are massive, and the prices are amazing! Not to mention, there is a huge variety of flavors! We had 5 different kinds, and could tell they were all very fresh. We’ve been visiting the area for years and just discovered this place. We will definitely return! Key Lime, Guava, Dulce de Leche aren’t kinds you’d find at any donut shop. We also tried Oreo and strawberry cruller. All so good!

Lady with small voice has a nasty attitude for that I will not be back the donuts are not that good plus the breakfast is better across the street at IHOP. The place always smells like they don't use cleaning detergent. And did I mention the lady who doesn't like working has a nasty attitude also smells bad, sorry not sorry. Next time show some courtesy I woulda never told the internet you stinky!

Food is always good but staff has been insanely rude recently. Makes me not want to come back.

Donuts were not that good and way overpriced. Location was dirty. Service was alright. Not the best location.

Review: The Hollywood Donut Factory I have visited The Hollywood Donut Factory twice, with both visits being at least a year apart. Unfortunately, my experiences were consistently disappointing due to poor customer service, despite the doughnuts themselves being decent. On both occasions, I was not greeted upon entering the restaurant. The staff exhibited a negative demeanor while I was ordering, which made the experience uncomfortable from the start. There are no clear signs indicating the policy for takeout customers regarding seating. While waiting for my order, I sat at one of the tables. The staff began giving me uncomfortable looks and eventually approached to inform me that I could not sit at the tables if I was not dining in. This policy was not communicated when I entered or ordered, which would have been helpful. The way the staff conveyed this information was also lacking in customer service skills. They approached me in a manner that made me feel unwelcome, rather than politely explaining the policy. Overall, the lack of clear communication and the unfriendly service have led me to decide not to return to The Hollywood Donut Factory. While the doughnuts are not bad, the poor service outweighs the quality of the food.
