Wendy's - Hollywood

I felt compelled to write a review after countless times, not under these exact circumstances. I usually don't go to Fast Food Drive at 11:00, but if I do, it's usually a single item. In this case a big frit and a small frit. Of course, the Pommes were wounded and lukewarm, as if they were waiting to be thrown for an unforeseen time. I'm not trying to ask for freshly falling pommes because I know it takes time, and I thought they wouldn't give me old pommes because it's all I ordered, but I was sadly wrong. From now on I will ask my frits without salt to make fresh frits. I didn't have to do her job for her!

Horrible service in drive through. I went there an hour ago the cashier was wearing gloves. I noticed she handled the last customer's cash with the gloves then goes directly to handle my soda lids. I'm with my family. I politely asked her to be mindful of what she's doing she went off on how she can change her gloves that it doesn't help. I asked for my money back she quickly agreed and made sure it went to the floor.

They have an employee who loves to talk nonsense while his mic is on and gives attitude. Don't know his name but he worked around 9pm on 7/23/20 as a cashier. Would never go back.

I rated this a 3 Star because on my last visit to this location, their restrooms were dirty and nasty. There was water and paper towels all over the floor and also some of the employees at this location are rude and slow but one positive thing I can say is that their Asiago Ranch Sandwich is. always good and sometimes their fries too, depending on who makes it.

Horrible hamburgers, every time. This Wendy's location is the closest to my house, I have given it so many tries but today was the last. Ordered a Chicken Assiago and a Cod sandwich, both had nothing to do with the picture they have on the menu. You can tell they put no love into making these burgers. Take your money and go to Burgers and Shakes, for almost the same amount of money you get excellent burgers ans it is super close.
