Essighof - Holzminden

A pearl that has to be hidden in a courtyard behind a small door. But if the ambience may look so old, it's about food and staff again. An absolute recommendation if you like traditional dishes.

It was really great. Have eaten a sausage salad as an appetizer and then a lapping steak with roast potatoes and onions. The cook has done the best work and presents good quality. We'd be back at any time.
