Had a delicious chicken schnitzel burger, whopper of a size, perfect chicken, plenty of salad, and chips and gravy. Great feed for very reasonable price. Would definitely come back! Everything was cooked well including the fish. The works burger was made well and they know the secrets to a good works burger. Lots of bacon. They also had greated carrot on there, which I thought was weird but works really well. I'll steal that idea. But unfortunately the chips did let them down a whole lot.. Others have said they are overcooked but that's not true is just poor quality chips. That did taste like that were over cooked. Staff was great and friendly. And they give large servings. Dee and Vee's Fish and Chip shop has the most friendly, cheerful staff fast service and great variety of seafood that is delicious. This restaurant offers the finest fish and chips and hamburgers in North Queensland. Make sure to try the crumbed Spanish mackerel. The hamburgers feature homemade beef patties served on large square buns, while the chicken burgers are made with deliciously crumbed breast fillets.
