Creamery - Homer Glen

The ice and selection are decent, but the malt is fantastic. The staff includes children, and the customer service could be a bit quicker.

I stumbled upon Creamery while walking down the street. It features five concrete tables on a spacious terrace. They offer a variety of ice cream flavors along with a typical menu including hamburgers, hot dogs, and fries. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger without tomatoes and a side of fries. While the food wasn't quite as good as Au Cheval in Chicago, it was definitely more affordable. It’s a great spot for families and kids. All soft drinks are dispensed from a machine. My only suggestion would be to provide options for bottled drinks.

I enjoyed a delicious hot dog and ice-cream cookie sandwich. The service was excellent, but the wait time was quite long. Parking was a nightmare, as it was overcrowded with very limited space for cars to maneuver in and out.

WHY! Love the ET! Every time I go to Chicago on the south side, I get one of them! And the staff working there is a bunch of young, respectful and highly qualified individuals! You got my business!

Lady on the speaker was nice. When we got to the window the order was slightly wrong because my boyfriend ordered his in a cone. As the guy was handing us the spoons he drops them on the counter and then picks it up by grabbing the spoon on the part where your mouth goes. My boyfriend then proceeds to ask for a cone for his ice cream and the guy comes back holding the cone with his bare hands! Completely nasty
