Sake Thai Sushi Homestead

Food was good but I went a week ago with friends and I payed the bill. When I saw what was charged on my bank statement it was $70 more than what I originally paid. Called and the manager wasn?t present so I left my info and never got a call back. Foodwas good like I said but I feel scammed. Never coming back.

I walked into the restaurant today at 9:10 and I was seated at a booth. I waited for 20 minutes as I watched multiple workers walk back and forth without even offering me some water. On top of that, the restaurant closed at 10 so there barely anycustomers inside. A group walked in after me and they were seated and served immediately. On top of that, the lady that sat themwas cleaning tables and sweeping before they walked in and she did not even wash her hands before she touched their plates andutensils this is completely unsanitary and makes me never wanna eat here again) as she sat them at their table. finally, myserver came and I mentioned what happened and she informed me that no one told her that I was waiting. She did not try torectify what happened either. I really like this place but this is unacceptable service and I refuse to give my money plus tipto people that cannot properly do their job or simply a acknowledge me. I decided to just leave without ordering anything afterwaiting so long. I?m writing this post in hopes that it will be brought to their attention and they can do better. :

I have been going to this place for years and have loved it. It has changed ownership and has gone downhill very fast. It has raised prices to give you smaller rolls and stale tempura flakes. I am very disappointed as the cha cha cha roll is my favorite but has gone up by $6 to have stale tempura flakes. Management does not care and continues to charge. I have given this place 3 chances and will not be ordering from here again. Please consider saving your money and trying another sushi place. Get it together!

Nobody seems to answer the phone at this business anymore. My wife is pregnant and cannot eat raw food, but with the menu online we cannot see what’s cooked or not. There are almost no descriptions of the rolls. So we have called roughly 8-10 times with being put on hold immediately and then hung up on. Ever since they changed management recently, the service has dropped considerably and prices have gone up. Suvi and Vietnamese 5 spice will be getting our business here on out. It’s a shame since we have been hard core customers for years.

I ate from here for the 1st time on my lunch break 06/20/24. My waiter was super nice although she got my order wrong, but she fixed the situation right away. I ordered Yaki soba stir fried noodles as is without a protein (trying to save money lol! , but she brought it out with shrimp. I'm actually glad she did, because it was so good. I would eat here again.
