Taco Bell - Homewood

I had a bad day, then decided to stop at the Taco bell on Lakeshore, what I am glad that I called this young lady, the name Angela K was so nice and friendly sure that my order was right and fresh just made my day much better wish that they more like her Coodoos to LAKESHORE T.B.

On Sunday, January 9, 2022, my car sustained damage while visiting the Wildwood Center in Homewood, AL, at approximately 11:49 AM. While driving through the Club 4 Fitness area, the lower portion of the air dam on my 2012 Toyota Prius was cracked. I have attached pictures for your reference. I noticed that there are no barriers around the hump that contributed to this damage. I would appreciate it if your office could reach out to me to discuss how you would like to address this issue, whether through a refund, repairs, or another form of compensation. Thank you.

After a long, exhausting day exploring the Gulf Coast, we were quite fatigued when we arrived. Unfortunately, the self-order screen had a glitch, prompting us to seek assistance from a cashier. To our surprise, one of the sweet employees not only covered the cost of our meal but also provided us with cups for water and a delicious frozen drink (I can’t recall Taco Bell’s exact name for it). This unexpected generosity was profoundly appreciated after such a tiring day. One of the employees mentioned that she would check on us the next day. We wish we could share that she kept her promise! Our following day was fantastic, and we wrapped up our trip on a high note. However, the highlight of our journey was definitely the incredible kindness we received at this location after what had been a difficult day. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you!

I used the drive-thru, and the service was quick. All the food was correct and hot. I was pleasantly surprised to find napkins in the bag, which is uncommon at most fast food places. I visited on Wednesday at 1:00 PM.
