Dunkin' - Honesdale

The food, service girls all was good(thursday) Wednesday we were there I have no idea what they did to the coffee I couldn't drink it. Sandwich was supposed to b sausage egg on crussant but I still got cheese on it.

The only DD that gets my order right! I don?t know why it?s so hard for others to understand me when I say I was cream instead of milk. The staff here have no issues! Very kind, professional, and speedy!

The girl waiting for me was fine, except to do with a dissatisfied customer instead of waiting for customers. They were very helpful to let me pay for the State Opera.

The customer service was outstanding. Amber was incredibly friendly and assisted me in finding a pastry that I would love, all while making me feel relaxed and unhurried. I highly recommend stopping by if you're in the area and placing an order!

The owner is a local gem and truly wonderful. I've been coming here for quite some time. The atmosphere feels like family, and he treats his employees like one of his own, resulting in excellent service from the friendly staff.
