Emerald - Hong Kong Island

Opened in December 2020. It's nice to finally see a Chinese veg restaurant that is suitable for a more business lunch option, among all the Western or Western-nish eateries in Lan Kwai Fong, Central. HKD400 plus for a 2-person lunch set, food and service were very average unfortunately but the environment is decent for a Chinese vegan restaurant. The restaurant name says vegetarian but the staff said all the food is vegan (they have another restaurant that is vegetarian in Wanchai). Personally one visit is good for me.

Very nice place with great staff. Not completely vegan but the items with dairy are clearly marked. Would give 5 stars if completely vegan.

Tried new restaurant in central, the restaurant serve Chinese and western vegan cuisine. I love Chinese cuisine so much.. The monkey head mushrooms so yummy... My bro tried the western item, especially the vegan cheese is super yummy. Special Chinese dessert craspy oat milk.

It really enjoyed going through the menu that has creativity and some unique and interesting combinations. was able to taste several dishes from the a la carte menu: the karana (jackfruit) and lotus root patties from the recommended cuisine of the chef were a special dish that was decorated beautifully, little crispy, much taste, with a delicious teriyaki creamy sauce. the mixed yam with affenkopf mushroom bowl in Liubiju sauce tasted great and is a good sweet dish. burdock beancurd roll rice vermicelli was not enthusiastic on this teller. it just tasted. the burdock beancurd roll had a mock fish taste I didn't like. also the Executive Lunch set for two (hkd 398 plus service) and really enjoyed all the foods. Maybe it was just hungry, how could have eaten more later. we had two small appetisers who were yummy tom yum soup, which I highly recommend that I was surprised by the mock prawn court not in the regular very popular of mock meat especially, that looks real, but I rly enjoyed the texture, the tempura battery and the sauce. we liked the monkey-head mushroom and eggplant shell, and my man rly liked the rose bbq swath. chrysanthemum tee, served in a beautiful transparent teekanne, was perfect next to the dressed. service was in order, environment is pleasant but at the first visit my friend and I were ice cold. the air cone burst too high, we asked her to shut him off, but they were not in the position as they said centrally controlled. they bring a scary and a cardigan. the next time I was prepared! some reviews to say it is not vegan, but the name of the restaurant showed on the menus as emerald vegan, with a tagline saying all our foods are egg free, milk free, allium free. updated by the previous review on 2021 12 14

珺 中環 珺，美玉也，云云石頭之中岀眾嘅美人，到底佢可唔可以好似個名噉，令人喜岀望外，勝過同行，做塊鶴立雞群嘅「珺」呢～ 日本南瓜盅 $98 一個細細地嘅原個南瓜裝住啲南瓜湯，邊同個蓋都留有唔少南瓜肉，南瓜夠甜，整得夠腍，口感軟綿，香濃南瓜味 ˶‾᷄ ⁻̫ ‾᷅˵ 湯面頭有少少椰奶做點綴，湯濃厚，口感細滑，同樣都有香南瓜味，配埋啲南瓜肉一齊食相當香、濃、甜，直情有少少食緊甜品嘅感覺
