Nico's Pier 38 - Honolulu

A fave spot for us, great location, fresh seafood, great staff, but the best is live music! The combo playing Saturday 6/23 was top notch!

Nicos is located at Honolulu Fish Market, opposite the Nimitz Centre. It is easy to reach from Waikiki by catching the #19 or #20 bus. As you expect, the fish is super fresh... and the kitchen is quite good too. There is a wide selection in the menu. You choose what you want and pay, and they give you a beer to pamper you when the food is ready. Then find a table, inside or outside and wait until the hive leaves. In the meantime, soft drinks are available, with a bottomless cup deal. Prices are reasonable. I thought the food was good. Nico is worth the trip.

Nicos was amazing and recommended by many of the local Uber and Lyft drivers. It wasn't disappointed. My wife and I say it's one of the best meals we had on our honeymoon. The atmosphere is relaxed and the service is impeccable.

Can't come to Honolulu without stopping here. I was a masterpiece. It is not unusual that my husband and I eat here several times a day. It's really so good. Whatever the catch of the day is, understood! You'll love it. You're never disappointed.
