Burger King - Hooks

Went to the drive-through after 10:00 PM and a girl named Desmond welcomed us with extreme rudeness told me that it would take at least 12 minutes for them to cook a chicken sandwich . Suggesting in her tone of voice that we order something else than what we wanted.And That sweet tea was off the menu for the night. And that was one of many times that I have went through the drive-through and was treated very unprofessionally. This is the only Burger King that I have ever heard of that does not serve sausage gravy and biscuits for breakfast because they don?t have a gravy technician.! This is seriously what I was told by an employee! This Burger King is a joke And needs new management in a bad way!!!

I posted this message in the dislike category, only because of the service not the food. The food was delicious. However the service was the worst that I have had at this location. I had to wait at the window for 13 minutes to get my food. It wasn't because of a line. When I ordered my food there was no line. The lady that took my order was very courteous. The service was bad when I pulled up to the window and there were workers standing around with their hands in their pockets. I finally got my food but not my drinks. The lady that took my order at the first window came to the 2nd window and tried to give me the order for the car BEHIND me. That's when she realized that the lady working that window hadn't given me my drinks 13 minutes later. I finally got to leave. Ridiculous service!!

Ordered Ck King and was not impressed. Supposed to have tomatoe Not! Chicken was bland not really any seasoning at all! I felt like I wasted the calories and tossed it after a few small bites. Don't waste your money on this one.

I've always enjoyed BK. it's my go to when I want a ff burger.

This is by far the worst bk in the area. The people are rude. The food is never fresh. I went today and we ordered we pull to the window she hand us our drinks snd asks us to pull up. No big deal but she forgot to give us straws. When she brought our food out she didn?t have straws in the bag so we asked her to bring some. She looked at us with a rude look and said ?come in and get them?. If I wanted to come in I wouldn?t have gone through the drive through. This isn?t the first bad experience with them. I?m over it.
