Írjon visszajelzéstMy wife and I have just returned from abroad for a few years and this place is an amazing memory of Germany. The food is fantastic, freshly made, and just like when you ordered it in a German inn. Marita is very kind and happy to talk to you, her husband is a little more... keep... but once you get to talk to him is a wonderful person. They lead the diner out of their house, which is a typical German way to do things. Food and drink are delicious, and Marita is more than happy to go out their way to ensure a great experience.
We have been coming here for over 3 years. The food is the closest thing to authentic you will get in this area. Everything is made fresh and she only takes reservations . Very nice couple that owns the place. Would highly reccomend.
The food is excellent. The service? Very poor. Its just Marita and her husband. Marita is very nice, and if your lucky enough to have her serve you, you'll have a great time. If her husband serves you however, you'll feel like a nuisance. I guess he doesn't like serving. No smile, no thank yous, no feedback what-so-ever. If you can deal with bad service, the food is excellent. OH, and remember you must call her ahead to make a reservation. You can't just walk in.
Absolutely outstanding. Be sure to call ahead for a reservation. The food is incredible. Great German beer. Its cooked to order and is wonderful. A bright light in terms of a restaurant in Fayetteville.
This is the best spot to enjoy German cuisine in the Fayetteville area. It's a good idea to make a reservation at least a day in advance, as the restaurant tends to fill up quickly and doesn't accept walk-ins. The establishment is owned and operated by a couple: he takes care of the tables while she does the cooking. She is German, likely in her 60s or 70s, and still has her accent, which is a testament to the authenticity of the food. Just a heads-up: German salads are quite different from those you'll find in the USA, but they are absolutely delicious!
