Very clean. Political personnel. Great tasting ice cream.

8/2022 is honestly my manmine 1. Here, in this ice shop, and we're in our 40's! I have the brownie, vanilla ice cream and caramel chocolate drops. My husband got the oreo ice cream with cookies of golden biscuits and regular ore. TIP: For two SMALLS IT WAS $15.XX. You just have to buy a little thing.

Very bad service. The young black girl there is super impatient and not friendly. I was there with my little one, for the first time Cold Stone Store experience for her. Not busy, just us and our friend. My little girl and I talked about what to choose, and maybe the black girls didn't hear asking, so the black girl gave me the cream without a blow or mix. I was surprised and wondered if it was? And she said with a blow. I was like it wasn't the Cold Stone ice cream style... The experience in the Hopkins Store is just so bad. They need to train their people to be more open mental and stationary.

I have been visiting this location for 30 years. I always brought our 6 kids for their birthday treats. I had gotten great service. The clerk always took my printed coupon with no problems. Today I visited for my birthday coupon. My coupon said to just print it and bring it in. As I arrived I gave the clerk my coupon up front. She told me to punch in my number. I don't have a number, mine is an email. I signed up 20-25 yrs ago. She said well we have a new system. Meanwhile another gal is making the big cups. So she didn't take my coupon and wanted to charge me $13. I told her well this is not my problem, I followed directions I can't help that you changed your system. So I walked. They probably ate my bowls. I was really disappointed and it didn't make my birthday. Awful customer service. I will be calling corporate tomorrow. She could have just taken my coupon and gave me the cups and had a happy customer. But I decided to come here and write a negative review instead.
