Sub Station Ii - Hopkins

DO NOT EAT AT SUBSTATION!! I had a sub from there and ended up with food poisoning! There was mold on the slicer, and they don't clean the meat when slicing the cheese! The staff at the front are rude, and the manager is unpleasant as well! Terrible experience!

There pretty good. Good customer service. The only issue I came across few days ago, when they want to charge extra for every little item from lettuce to peppers. I've been going to substation for many years, never once charge extra for any items. Not sure what going, or there some misunderstanding. I always for years get extra toppings and never been charge extra. I got my receipt for proof just incase.

They done went down hill. Now they make the salads ahead and give u only 2 tablespoons of meat. I used to enjoy going here but of lately, it sucks! Updated 11/3 Like a dummy, I decided to give them another try. Wanted a scrap salad but they were out of meat. I then asked could I do a #19 as a salad. Was told no, there was nothing they could do. Every Substation 2 that I go to seems to have great service except this one. Time after time it's some issue. The manager responded to my first review but best believe I never heard anything from anyone. The workers here always seem to have attitude and their customer service sucks. I only go here because it is literally down the street from my house but I will start going to the others before I step foot in this one again. Not that it matters to them.

Roast beef, Turkey Ham on wheat is an amazing sandwich. Breads are fresh. Nice sandwich. Two new visits, very impressed. Would definitely recommend others. Will return to this place. Price was fine and also aligned with other sub restaurants.
