Arby's - Horn Lake

Super clean, food is good and fresh. Always consistent

Outstanding! Arby's is impressively clean inside, and the staff is incredibly polite and friendly. During my visit, my companion and I enjoyed a wonderful conversation with the man at the register. The food was hot, fresh, and delicious, just like always. On another occasion, I used the drive-thru, where the line moved quickly. I received my drink first, and the woman at the window greeted me with a smile, ensuring I had all the various sauces I needed for my Arby’s sandwich.

I was very disappointed with my experience. I ordered the new bacon sandwich, but the bacon was all broken and in pieces.

I tried the Good Burger, and it was delicious! However, I requested no tomatoes, and unfortunately, they added tomatoes anyway.

The drive-thru service was solid. The staff seemed friendly and efficient. I tried the Wagyu Burger, and it was incredibly juicy with flavorful sauce that paired well. Although it was a bit chaotic, overall it was a good experience. The roast beef and turkey sandwiches were also spot on.
