Burger King - Horn Lake

First no recipe then no napkins and ordered and paid for cheese on my whooper and of course no cheese. You shouldn’t have to pay extra for cheese on a burger but if you do they should make sure you get it!!Just all around sad service!!

It was free pie day. The location was out of pie. I ordered onion rings. They were out of onion rings. They were unable to give me a refund, because I paid via app. The server at the window couldn't have cared less. The general manager onsite was very ice and said she would comp. me a meal on my next visit. I don't believe I will return.

Food was ok. No onion rings and only small cups available. The customer service was ok. Nobody went out of their way to say it will be a few minutes until your food is ready; the window closed and that was it.

This burger king is the best, the big guy making the whoppers, he is the best, the Whopper even looks better than the picture and taste awesome A. Employees very friendly and very helpful.

I ordered 5 food items online from this location and when i got up there they only had two out of the five items i ordered and those two items were a chicken and fries i received it and they told me to request a refund oline for the thing they didn’t have i got home request and tried to enjoy my food but the chicken sandwich had hair in it and the fries were stale and cold.
