Wendy's - Horseheads

I have my order right, so it's always a plus when it comes to burger connections. I can't get 4 for 4 deal honestly. Make lunch easier

Absolutely love this place. I like Wendys, so 5 stars. You have a combination of items that allow me to eat on a budget $5 Biggie Bag) or splurge and get the big Burger Combo usually double. The staff is great, and this is the fastest fast food location I've ever had.

Eat well, but takes forever to get through the drive thru. Mostly the workers are incapable.

The food was consistently quite good at this point. Last time it was hot and really good. The service is really slow, especially the drive thru. The girl at the bar barely looked at us and muted something, obviously hates her job. Soda machine was sticky and the buttons had to be pressed several times before the options would appear. Ice flew beyond the ground. Most tables were dirty. It's what you expect from a fast food joint, so can't really complain.

This Wendy's has been a hot mess e ver since covid started. This last visit was ridiculous. We stood at the counter for a solid 5 minutes before anyone even acknowledged we we there. The crew was to busy hollering and yelling and acting like a college party instead of working. People in the drive thru line were leaving because the wait was so long. On top of all that we waited approximately 20 minutes for a small bowl of chili and they got my order all wrong. The only saving grace was they gave us free strawberry frosties. Will never go back again
