Pizza Hut - Horsham

Do not waste your money at Domino's in Horsham. The staff is awful, the pizzas are cold, and they are made carelessly by disgruntled employees. Pizza Hut is much better and consistently delivers great quality. The employees are friendly and always ensure you get the best deal. Highly recommend for a fantastic pizza night!

I ordered from this restaurant last week and was disappointed because the food arrived late and not as warm as I would have liked. However, it was still tasty. I called to complain and spoke with someone who was very helpful. They credited the cost of my order back to my address. I placed another order tonight using the credit and ordered more than last time. The food arrived on time, hot, and delicious. The customer service was excellent both times. I will definitely continue to order from the Horsham branch.

I phoned last Friday to discuss my son's 16th birthday party, which was on Sunday August 11th. The person I spoke with was very professional and eager to assist me. He instructed me to call on Sunday and assured me that he would personally handle my order. When I called, Ben gave us a special deal for the birthday party.
