El Jimador - Hot Springs Village

I wish they had pineapples and black olives, but the service and food were fantastic. We ordered two lunch specials and the ranchero (which includes shrimp, steak, and chicken). They kept our chips, salsa, and water replenished. The portion sizes were just right, and the extra cilantro was reasonably priced for a restaurant. I got nearly everything I wanted, and I would definitely return.

This is a great place to go and get Mexican food. It is hot, it is good and it was served quickly. The staff was very friendly and courteous and the prices were extremely reasonable.

I give this place 5 STARS! The atmosphere is fantastic, and the food was incredibly delicious. The chips and salsa were also outstanding, and the drinks were amazing as well. I would definitely come back!

I discovered this restaurant on Yelp, and it turned out to be a great find near Los Lagos, where I was staying. There are plenty of parking spaces available right in front of the restaurant. The dining area is spacious, and they also have a lovely terrace. Since it was a long weekend, the restaurant was quite busy, which resulted in a longer wait for our food than we anticipated. Overall, it’s definitely worth visiting if you're in the Hot Springs Village area.

Our tacos were delicious, had chickens and beef with crispy bowls. We ate here about six times. Not so good a few years back, but now very tasty. The chicken tortilla soup is wonderful!!!! I hope they keep this cook. The place is not very clean. We get our food, so we don't eat inside. Eating businesses should never have carpet. Can't sanitate carpet. New tile floors would help much!!!
