Dairy Queen Grill Chill - Hot Springs

The employees DON NOT care about working at this Dairy Queen, it's on it way to closing it's doors permanently!! Owners need to fire most of this staff or lock it down. The last time I went there, the place was nasty, the ice cream was no where near DQ standards and the food was cooked fresh two days ago. The staff all act like they're up to no good and it offends them that you waisted their pitiful time by ordering food....this is not my first complaint. I addressed the website DQ and still nothing has changed

I placed an online order only to arrive to find out they were out of garlic parm tenders (apparently the individual restaurant doesn't have access to update their menu when they run out of something). They gave me the BBQ instead. When I opened the box at home they put cheese curds as the side instead of the fries. So this was definitely NOT what I ordered. I remember why I stopped going to this restaurant.

I've heard of people having problems here but I never once ever have a problem with what I get here. My food has always been great.

Food was fresh and warm, the few people they had working tonight were all sweet and didn't make you wait wondering where they were. They acknowledged you when you came in!

My blizzards were great the M&M had extra as requested. The Chocolate with pb cups was delicious.Service was amazing as they were not busy but my first blizzard was out as I completed paying for it.The building and parking area could use some clean up and maintenance especially since it is a ways back from the street behind some old apartmentsVegetarian options: Lots of vegan options if ice cream is vegan for you. Real food to keep you healthyParking: Parking for about 50 cars but it looked like the apartments next door use this parking.Kid-friendliness: Super grand kid friendly. Bring the grands for high sugar years then give them back to the parents just to remind them what good kids they were ?
