Wow! This was delicious! Flavor flavor flavor! We picked this place to eat dinner because we are gluten free and it was reasonably priced (the create your own Ramen bowl starts at $9). It was above and beyond our expectations (my mom took her first bite and immediately said she wished she had gotten two orders, although one was plenty of food). The menu highlights what's vegan, what's gluten free, and what's not, so there are options for all. River made our food and chatted with us for a while and we had such a good time! So friendly and good natured, how anyone leaves anything less than 5 stars is beyond me! You might drive by it because it's set back in an alley, but turn around and go get some Tasteful Noods. If you're disappointed, go to Japan to get your Ramen I guess ?‍ And River, you're a rockstar!!

Great ramen truck that allows you to create your own flavor. You pick the noodle, broth, ingredients, toppings, and oil. Super fun and very tasty. About $12 a bowl.

Despite the fact that the food tasted fantastic, I would not go back because it was very expensive, too almost an hour for our order to be finished. My biggest issue is that once we arrived home and distributed our food, I realized that my build your own bowl was not in the order and was instead a chefs special. Therefore, I was unable to enjoy my meal due to my dietary restriction.

The ramen was absolutely delicious! I definitely plan on coming back here for more!
