Chicken Cottage Hounslow

The service was slow and disorganized, with no one in the kitchen cooking the food. The older man on the phone seemed to not care about when our food arrived. Unfortunately, the food itself was also not pleasant. Overall, we will not be returning to this restaurant.

I ordered burger dishes for delivery, and the quarter pounder with cheese was dry. It came with a few tiny pieces of lettuce and sauce, but overall lacked flavor. When I tried to call the restaurant to complain, the phone line was cut off. When I finally got through to the manager, they apologized and promised a better burger next time. It seems like the kitchen staff are not very experienced with portion sizes. How can they mess up a quarter pounder but make a perfect chicken tower burger? Overall, the administration is very poor.

The food at Chicken Cottage is really good and it is the closest option to Nandos. However, the customer service is terrible and they are not helpful if you are not ordering from their restaurant. This is why I am giving a bad review.

Food was hot n tasty, staff is friendly serve fast . Specially Happy (girl staff) is really hot n bubbly. she made my mini wraps really quick n they were tasty. new decor of the place is so far the best compared to...other eat in places in Hounslow west. Fresh, fast, tasty and cheap, good tasting food. Try their barbeque chicken, quarter pounder or chicken wings. Good competition to some of the other well known fast food chains nearby
