Domino's Pizza London Feltham

Walked in to order food but the staff were no where to be seen, could hear them out the back, looked around whilst waiting and it was not clean so left

Ordered a pizza for delivery, got a phone call from a very rude, arrogant man that said his driver couldn't find my home in station road west. I said that's not my address and that road didn't exist. He still kept repeating this address and continued to shout very rudely over me. When I asked to speak to the manager he refused and put the phone down. Pizza and chicken wings stone cold. How could dominoes have someone like this working for them baffles me? I'm getting on to head office on Monday morning,. Would never use again!

Really impressed. To be honest, having had pizzas from Dominos in Isleworth wasn't expecting too much, but quite an amazing difference in quality, toppings and presentation. Just shows that experience depends on staff at each restaurant, rather than brand name.

On Saturday, I wasn't feeling well so I decided to order delivery from a restaurant. However, the delivery driver refused to bring the pizza to my flat, claiming that he was not allowed to deliver to flats. It took him over 15 minutes to contact his manager to get permission to deliver to my flat. He was very argumentative and rude when he finally arrived at my door. I called the manager, who was apologetic, but by the time we were ready to eat our pizza, it was already cold. This experience taught me that we order food to enjoy the experience, but unfortunately, this was not enjoyable. I will not be ordering from this restaurant again and I cannot recommend it to anyone. No one should have to endure verbal abuse because a delivery driver is too lazy to walk through a block of units. This behavior is unacceptable.

Very friendly staff my grandchildren have the individual Pizza as a treat every week good value always ready when you go to collect
