Chipotle Mexican Grill - Houston

The lines were long during the week, but they moved quickly, and I never saw anyone waiting for a table. The food was fresh and hot, and the staff was friendly. I tried the new Asado chicken in my burrito, and I really enjoyed it; the meat was in large pieces rather than shredded, which is a plus for me, but I understand that this is a matter of personal preference. I personally think that charging an extra $2.30 for guacamole is a bit steep, but prices are generally high these days. At least they don't automatically include a tip, which seems to be the norm everywhere now. Overall, while Chipotle isn't my favorite place for building my own burrito, this location is one of the better ones I've visited. It's clean, polite, and the food is fresh and hot. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is that Chipotle, in general, isn't my top choice, especially since they have fewer options compared to some other places.

The gentleman who assisted me with my pickup order was attentive and helpful. He quickly noticed a brief lull in customer activity—just a few seconds—and invited me to pick up my order. I mentioned to Boom that he was already handling a task that was completed and just needed a few seconds for final touches. We expect our orders to be ready when we call ahead, and there's a reason we’re encouraged to skip the line! Although he’s a younger employee, he demonstrates strong work ethic and a sense of urgency, which is refreshing compared to some of the individuals I’ve worked with in my fast food experience.

My favorite restaurant so far! I always use the Chipotle app to place my orders, and I pick them up myself. I'm never disappointed because the food is always amazing. Keep up the great work, Chipotle!
