Chipotle Mexican Grill - Houston

The service here was consistently poor. I wouldn't recommend this place. It's worth driving the extra five minutes to go to the one on Beltway 8 instead.

I'm absolutely in love with Chipotle! The burritos are amazing. I ordered a burrito with every type of salsa and the new carne asada, and it was fantastic. In total, the burrito cost around $15, which is a bit pricey. However, I did add guacamole, which is extra, so it might have been closer to $12 without it. Overall, it was definitely worth it!

This was my first time ever trying Chipotle. My brother insisted I give it a shot, saying he was sure I would love it. When I walked in, the atmosphere was fantastic—everyone was smiling, and the staff greeted us warmly. I ordered a chicken bowl along with two other bowls for my family. I can't believe I waited so long to try Chipotle; it was absolutely delicious! I finished the entire bowl—everything! I also had the watermelon lemonade, which was incredibly tasty. I will definitely be returning!

SKIMP SKIMP SKIMP. Most of the workers always skimp the scoop of chicken/protein! Even when you ask for double they still skimp that too. One of the female workers literally skimp on the lettuce and corn which is wild, lmao. Also I’ve experienced them being out of veggies several times. Their excuse is the preps went home, but they went home at 3pm in the day???? When the store closes at 9 or 10pm???? Insane.

Love this place. Great food. Portions good. Lemonade is my favorite here. Never have to wait long. The line goes fast. Clean. This time our server was Ruben. Very friendly. Would definitely recommend this location.
