Noise level is minimal and there are plenty of chairs and sofas. The folks here are super kind, they gave us a bag of ice (Bad mosquito allergy- swelling- it was a mess, different story). The drinks were good, I had the matcha latte. The matcha used is ceremonial so specify if sweetener is needed otherwise it might not be the typical matcha latte.
This is the only coffee shop I've ever been to where it feels like I'm staying in someone's bed and breakfast Airbnb. There is ample parking in the back and tons of tables inside and outside this old colonial style home with a gigantic wraparound porch. This is a unique place that showcases the lesser known historical character of a leafy old Houston neighborhood.
Coffe was good. And so we're the kolaches. It did take a while to get my food despite it being quite empty. Everyone was friendly. Plenty of seating both indoor and outdoors. Dog friendly outside. Inside is well decorated, clean and modern. Will definitely come backFood: 5/5
One of my favorite coffee shops in the Heights. Staff is always super friendly and very diligent about keeping the place tidy. Additional parking behind the building ᵕ̈
It's a nice convenient place to walk to, situated on Heights Blvd. Good coffee, nice people, always busy with folks working online. Their cold brew is incredibly strong, but I'm down with that! Homey atmosphere...but could they please vacuum up some of the crumbs that accumulate in abundance on the upholstered chairs and couches?? I don't quite think that carbon dating is required, but some of those crumbs look pretty ancient.
