Firehouse Subs Westchase - Houston

Eating was fine, but what harassed me most was customer service. I came after about 5:30. The place looked like they were closing (cleaning the buckets in the corner, the brooms on the side of the hall ... .The guy took my job was as eager as I was at a fast food drive thru, although I was physically there, face to face, talking to him. I bought a combo, and he didn't give me enough for my wife. I didn't even know I had to grab drinks and snacks myself. He has such a bad customer service that I couldn't even stand for the smallest. If I hadn't seen the reception, I wouldn't have to come back to get a snack.

It was my first time to come in here and I had a terrible experience. It wasn't busy, but I had to wait about 30 minutes to get my food. After that, the food made me sick. Probably not come back here.

Ordered to go, when I got home and started eating my sandwich I noticed it had No chicken in it, ridiculous I was eating only bread and lettuce, I will never eat from this location again, and somehow my husband always gets a stomachache when he eats here that’s why we stopped going too.

Wow! Talk about lousy service!!! Called to place an order for pick up and was placed on hold for 10 mins,while I could hear the employees laughing and joking!!! When I called back they kept hanging up the phone!!! It's sad this place has workers like that!!! I will take my business elsewhere from now on! ?

I order from this place all the time. Although the sandwiches are delicious, the customer service is horrible.
