Good Times Kitchen - Houston

When we arrived for our reservation, there was no staff in sight. There was a woman working alone, serving drinks at the bar and attending to all the tables in the restaurant. We seated ourselves and waited for 15 minutes before she finally placed some menus on our table. Feeling neglected, we decided to leave, along with the couple sitting next to us, and no one seemed to notice our departure.

The service was good, although a bit slow because there was only one server. The restaurant layout was quirky. The food was tasty, but one of our chicken dishes was undercooked. The server quickly rectified the mistake and was very apologetic.

My husband and I had a great dining experience at this restaurant. The drinks and food were delicious. Our waitress, Kai, was excellent. We hope they bring back live music on Saturday nights. We will definitely return!

This is a fantastic restaurant with several vegetarian options. I ordered the caprese sandwich and it was delicious. The Brussels sprouts were also very tasty. The staff was friendly and Kai provided excellent service. I will definitely be returning to this restaurant.
