Jack In The Box - Houston

I was at this jack in the box location for many time. despite so many negative reviews, I have always better service than most others. I ordered an breakfast plate, it was hot, fresh, and the ride through the staff was very nice. I didn't even have to wait too long. - that's a good man.

Jack in the box was yesterday not on point i. eating was good, but the customer service was terrible. manager in the Drive-Thru window, has the personality of the wet mop. I spoke to him that I never spoke back. he took our money and I asked for some ketchup and ranch. he gave me two ketchups and said nothing. I then asked about the ranch again and he gave me 2 and said nothing. If the best thing he can do then I know that the attraction is not trained.

Always a good fast food. this has, above all, many homeless who hang out. must smell a little radio while you eat.

I really love their tacos at this location. The reason for the four stars is because they don't put the ranch dip and the refrigerator... I want cold dip if it's ranch... Come on. I wanted to add a few things after reading comments. The staff here around 9pm today we're very nice and thanked me. I haven't heard a fast food place say that in a long time the food was really good and hot. I ordered tacos and stuffed jalapenos. Only negative was the room temperature ranch.

I got really hungry and on my way to the store I stopped by this location because I had some coupons deals on my Jack in the Box app that I wanted to use. For the most part I didn't have a bad experience during my visit here. The good itself was good, fresh, hot. The wait for the food I would say was a little long and extreme for being labeled a fast food place. Most places similar I see a full staff of at least 10 to 15 working fast hard to get the lunch crowd in and out. I counted 4 people working up front and on the line at lunchtime. Also, I get homeless people are somewhat of a problem in this area but when I go to the bathroom to do my business in private I shouldn't have to worry about someone walking in on me while I am sitting there. While everyone should knock, not all people do. The store could have been cleaner. It was only noon this place shouldn't have looked like it was 7pm after a late dinner rush. These would be my only negatives for this place and again this is based off my experience at this location on this particular day.
