Mcdonald's - Houston

I work in customer service, so I understand what it's like to receive complaints. I don’t want to cause any trouble for the staff, as I know how challenging it can be. However, I must mention that my experience at this McDonald's was not great. While I don't want to generalize about all the employees, I found that some of them were quite rude. I took my brother there to grab a bite, and it was disappointing.

The food is consistently hot and fresh. The Quarter Pounder with cheese was cooked to perfection, and the fries were incredibly hot. This is definitely the best McDonald's to get this burger. Keep up the great work!

I have been coming to this restaurant for a few years now, and I'm finally ready to leave a review to recognize Destiny. On Thursday, April 7th, at 10 a.m., we visited after having a disappointing experience at a much pricier restaurant, where the customer service did not match the cost. We came here hoping to get the kids what they enjoy, and I must say that Destiny provided a refreshing experience. She went above and beyond to take care of the customers, and the girl next to her was equally sweet. My husband says this was the best dining experience we've had to date. Thank you!
