Shepherd Mù Yáng Rén - Hualien City

It wasn't safe in this place. A little rural, thought it was hit or missed, so I went to Hualien for a while first to eat something and drinks then back to the Shepard bar. You... terrible idea. Bar Shepard is excellent! There are pommes to die and their tea cocktails even better. I'm an American, so I'm like a tea cocktail, Lol, that must be a joke. No joke! Totally excellent! In fact, the only other cocktail I had what I got here was in Taipei near Indulge. And the staff is great. The bartender just scared 16 months and he's great. Don't forget to buy him a shot of Fernet.

Great guys, great food, great atmosphere, good price

This is a very nice bar-cum-restaurant located by the seashore. I visited this place late one night in April, when it was pitch black but I could hear the sound of the sea waves. Their cocktails are really nice and the food menu is also great. Loved their chicken wings! The place has a nice atmosphere and I would love to come back here in daylight for a different experience.

Slightly expensive, disappointed that pizza day is only once a month. we had pork ball pasta and XO shrimp pasta; its good. also packed some truffle fries back, very yummy. limited range of beers/cider, wide range of cocktails.

Waited more than 45 mins and still don’t see the only drink we ordered (we didn’t even order food). There’s no water for the same amount of time, and when I go to the waiter to ask for water he said he’ll send it right away..but of course there’s no water.. Not worth it. The whole atmosphere and decor for the place is average too. Nothing special about this place.
