Nice place to sit outdoor well ventilated for the current period we are facing covid 19, side by side of one of famous garden in Huambo which jardin da cultural name in Portuguese.
Cooled place Very well managed in the centre of the city
Not great by European standards, or even by Luanda standards, but Novo Império is the most consistent café in Huambo. Service is personable, though a bit slow at busy times. This little place has long served as a meeting spot for expats and locals who have international experience.
