I will never order from here again; it feels like you have to prepare your own food just to get what you want. I am submitting a complaint to the Better Business Bureau to ensure the owner is aware of these issues. I am also considering contacting the health department to investigate their hygiene practices, as half of the staff were not wearing masks during Ohio's state mandate.
