Chesters Fried Chicken - Hubbard

I went in and ordered the casual wings, which seemed like they had been waiting for me since the day I was born—they were extremely dry and soggy. Trust me, "dry" is an understatement. I also ordered the lamp, but that never arrived. The cashier must have been having a rough day too; her posture suggested she wasn't really engaged. I won't be coming back again; the food is far too expensive for the quality I experienced. Pass!

So at 9 o'clock in the morning I'm going in to get a bun and even if the case was half full and still cook. the hired said he couldn't sell me a bun until they opened at 10 o'clock. I told him google says they open at 9. he said open subways.

Among all the chicken shops, Chesters has taken the top spot on my list. I visited this location on a Sunday at 3:00 PM, and I ordered two main dishes: mashed potatoes and macaroni and cheese. The male employee who served me was very apologetic.

A truck driver stops for lunch, but with limited time and options, finding out that you're closed on a Friday due to staff shortages is quite disappointing. I suppose I'll just have to take a deep breath and find something else for lunch today.
