Erin and the rest of the team at this restaurant are fantastic. There's a reason I choose to get my coffee here instead of going to McDonald's or any other place in town, and it all boils down to the warm welcome I receive and the amazing staff. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

If I could rate this place with zero stars, I absolutely would. The restaurant was filthy, with trash scattered everywhere. However, the most troubling aspect was the staff. Who hires these individuals? The employees displayed racist and culturally insensitive attitudes. I personally experienced racism from both the manager and another worker at the counter. When I confronted them about their behavior, one of them told me, “I am black, so I can’t be racist,” which was her exact statement. When I pointed out that her actions were indeed racist, she looked at me in disbelief. I never received an apology and was eventually asked to leave, with the implication that someone like me didn’t belong there. For context, I am Asian. I deeply regret that my presence seemed to offend the staff because of my race. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

To make matters worse, an unkempt man behind the counter verbally confronted me, saying, "We're busy, if you can't tell," after I explained my attempts to call. His attitude was incredibly disrespectful and rude. The manager, Tina, was in a side room and heard everything but chose not to intervene or address the situation. I will never return to this place. The 3 men working behind the counter Friday afternoon were so unprofessional. They were yelling out obscenities to reach other and using the F and N word multiple times. The store was filthy with garbage all over, the bathrooms had paper and urine all over. When a customer asked for a frozen drink he was given major attitude and instead of explaining that the frozen machine was broken, they just told him, no he couldn 't have that drink. Just stood in line there for 10 minutes didn’t even get a good morning or we will be right with you nothing. Completely ignored. Then I left with buying anything and the female in sign had some kind of hand gestures going on. If I’m Hudson go to Stewart’s. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
