I encountered a worker at the restaurant who was rude when I politely reminded him to wash his hands before handling food.

Each time I visit this restaurant and wait in line, I notice the employees placing fresh food on top of old food. Do they not understand how food should be rotated? The older food should go on top. I can't help but wonder how many times a day they do this. It makes me question the freshness of the food at the bottom.

Our dining experience was uncomfortable and the food was subpar. Throughout our time in the dining room, the manager was chatting with the front line staff, who were all loud and engrossed in their conversations. The food was overcooked and dry, with the egg roll being so burnt it was black and charred. Furthermore, the manager was seen having video calls with children on her phone.

Went thru the drive thru and ordered orange chicken with fried rice. Got home and it wasn?t what I even ordered. Some gross beef, Tasted terrible. Fried rice wasn?t really fried rice either. Called them to tell them and he couldn?t even say sorryabout that. Just I will write your name down and tell them your name. Like they will do that with just my first name. Sometimespeople just won?t an apology and acknowledge you made a mistake.
