Tinh Quan - Hue

We visited this restaurant multiple times during our stay in Hue due to heavy rain, and it happened to be the nearest vegetarian restaurant to our accommodation. Fortunately, the food here was some of the best we had in a while! Despite the formal atmosphere and staff attire, as it is located on the ground floor of a 4-star hotel, the prices were very reasonable. The menu, although large and somewhat vague, offered many traditional Hue dishes in a vegan version. It was interesting to try local dishes typically made with shrimp and/or pork, but now made vegan. Some dishes seemed quite similar, making it a bit challenging to choose, and the staff were not very helpful when we asked questions. However, we highly recommend the pho nuoc (noodle soup) which was amazing and only 25k for a large bowl - great value! We also enjoyed the bun kho (dry noodles) which was a new experience for us, resembling a rice noodle salad with a delicious peanut sauce on the side.

Without a doubt, this restaurant has the cleanest bathrooms for its price range. The prices are great and comparable to small restaurants/stalls. The restroom really impressed me, it may sound silly but it's the little things that matter in this country. You should definitely stop by this place on your way out of town for some 25k pho in the morning.

I had some of the best food in Vietnam at this restaurant, with the stir fry seitan and breaded mushrooms being particular standouts. I also ordered an iced coffee, and the total bill came to just over 100,000 VND! So affordable. I would definitely recommend this place - 10/10.

Food was so good and even though served in a fancy hotel setting, price is still cheap with pho for 25.000 that was of the best I've had

The restaurant is located in the hotel ground floor. It is completely vegetarian and full of local food from hue as well as the standard Vietnamese dishes. The pho was incredible! And the prices were very reasonable, only 25,000 dong which £0.80p!! Definitely recommend!
