Krystal - Hueytown

The meat was incredibly salty, it was overwhelming and felt like I had taken a handful of salt and mustard in my mouth. This was the first time I had ever experienced something like this at this restaurant.

The restaurant advertises a closing time of 1am, but when I visited at 11:30pm, the workers were present but unwilling to serve me, stating that the system was down.

The manager, Brandy, is very disrespectful and rude. The doors were supposed to open at 6am, but it was 10:00am and they were still closed. I saw Brandy sitting in the lobby and knocked on the window, but she completely ignored me for 10 minutes. When I kept knocking, she told me to go around to the other side to enter, not the dine-in area. As I approached the door, she got smart with me and told me I'd have to wait to order because all the tables were dirty. This happened two days in a row, even though I had no problem walking in yesterday. Her attitude is horrible and lacks any customer service.
