Huddle House - Huffman

Online order process horrible! Placed an online order at 8:50(am) with a pick up time of 9:05. Arrived at 9:10 and was told my order should be coming out soon. At 9:20 I hear the kitchen say we have a online order for my name. So I ask the lady at the counter are they just now cooking my food. I proceeded to ask for a refund and was given a number that sent me to voice mail. Food comes out at 9:40 and I am finally being assisted by a gentleman trying to understand what happen. Needless to say I didn’t want the food and still waiting to speak to someone about a refund.

Food was good but our whole order was wrong, tots instead of fries on everything and we got nothing to put on the burger. Guy said stuff came on the side but didn't get anything.. salad was just lettuce cheese and croutons, too pricey for what you get(maybe not if our order was complete but just had Cheese and bacon on burger so why pay for the other stuff if I didn't get any of it) . I should have just drove a lil further to get something else and should def be tomato on a salad

Alicia was a great hostess, and Sheree was a fabulous cook. We had the $5.99 special with loaded hashbrowns 2 eggs with coffee. What an amazing deal, AND it was cooked to perfection! The facility was clean, and so was the restroom. I highly recommend coming to this location. If I could rate higher, I definitely would! Thank you, ladies... we will definitely be coming back. Price per person: $1–10

The place is very clean and tidy. Alecia was spot-on with everything down to her timing. Very polite and friendly! The "Loaded hashbrowns with 2 eggs is an absolute treat to the tastebuds! The cook, Sheree, definitely knows her way around a kitchen! The entire meal was super excellent and perfectly prepared! Thank yall so much for everything!!! We will be back. Service: Dine in
