Írjon visszajelzéstI hesitated today because there was a long line, but I went on the way. the waiting time was a bit long, but when I got up front, I saw why. they, where not only incredibly packed in inside, but looked like they were playing on online orders, so I could not be upset because I know how it is to work in the food industry. I wish I had received the name of the young man, but it was the one who warmed up the tortillas and added meat and tear. he was coughing to make sure that he welcomed the people before him and asked for a moment when it was necessary, as he also took care of the online orders. the dings would run out and their he ran to get them and ask for them before they went out completely, not even did he solve the smile on his face and ensured that the people were recognized before him. he didn't wait so long! I wanted to tap him for the amazing job he did, but we didn't want to interrupt his flow! I will go back and when I see that he will give him the deserved tipp again!
Eating is good. customer service, not so much. if they have to call the store, the automated system will try to keep them from going through. that will even tell you. even if they fit into the load, they will not pick up the phone.
We have our food to go, and when we came home, we realized that the rice is still raw. we wanted to call the restaurant, but our calls went unanswered. that was at 21 o'clock today. that is unacceptable. No one wants to bite into a burrito and get a mouthful hard tear.
Terrible experience tonight. I used the online order and my families dinner got stolen. When I asked for my order employees treated me like I was the thief. Alex Rodriguez did a terrible job handling the situation. I did not have my phone with the email confirmation on it and when I returned with it 15 mine later he still would not remake my order. They leave the food on the shelf and I know someone just walked up and stole it, because Alex Rodriguez said that he saw someone come in and get my order. Now I have to contact the bank to get the charges reversed while my wife had to go somewhere else tonight to get a late dinner. Alex Rodriguez acted like the manager but was very unprofessional and could not produce a business card, just a blank receipt with his name written on it. Very disappointed with Chipotles choice of management and how the situation was handled. He was OK with me buying some one else dinner and sending me on my way. Were a family of 4 who eats there at least once a week but won 't be back after this.
We were told our delivery order was can due to technical issues. We weren't refunded right away. Said we have to wait 3 days for refund. The manager on duty (short Hispanic guy with accent) was rude and kept his back turned to us and had a very nasty attitude like we were a inconvenience to him. Kaylin Jones was very kind and apologized for our order being canceled and for her managers rudeness.
