Gilbert Co. - Humble

This BBQ restaurant is absolutely amazing. I ordered the Big Daddy Kartoffel with a side of greens. The potato was huge, cooked to perfection, and loaded with some of the best BBQ I've ever tasted. The greens were also perfect - perfectly cooked, perfectly seasoned, and a perfect portion size. They were the best greens I've ever had. To top it off, I washed it all down with a fresh squeezed strawberry lemonade that was truly magnificent. It wasn't too sweet or too sour, just fantastic. This place is a must-visit in Houston.

This area has the best grill, gumbo, banana pudding, and collard greens! The service was excellent. I am so happy that this restaurant is in my neighborhood. You have to try it!

The ribs were excellent and the fried okra was delicious. The staff and owners were welcoming and generous, providing us with lots of extra treats.

This place is amazing! I had the gumbo and brisket and both were fantastic. They were so kind served us personally on our film set and it truly is great bbq with an amazing, smokey aroma.

Their BBQ is top notch! Tender and flavorful, their sauce is very good and you also get a very generous portion, especially love the ribs and brisket but the sausage is good too. Their loaded potatoes are also amazing! I also really love their soul food on Sunday, really yummy yams, mac and peach cobbler, I’ve never been disappointed with their menu but on Sundays they really show out! The sweet older woman who works on weekends sometimes is truly the best, she is an angel and reminds me of my own grandmother.
