Írjon visszajelzéstWe just finished our meal, and the chicken tasted like it was cooked in old oil. Oh, and the cookies were burned. This place used to be excellent.
I grew up in the area and always loved eating here, but as a teenager, I moved to Dallas. I’ve often thought about returning to enjoy the food again. Over the years, it was consistently good—until today. I came back to the city with my wife, kids, and nephews, arriving around 6 PM. Unfortunately, the mashed potatoes were sour, the rice was off, and the rolls tasted strange. When we brought this to the attention of the Asian lady working there, she refused to refund us, arguing that since we had already tried the food, we should have known it was bad beforehand and that we might have even ended up in the hospital. This experience was incredibly disappointing, and the management was terrible!
Great service ! I only wish that the chicken was cooked in different grease than the fish. All else is great
A 24-piece offer meal ordered. Fries cold and limp, no salt. I cut a sidepiece ocra. Chicken pliers were like oversized nuggets. I cost $45. I've been buying Hartz for years. That was the first time in this place. I tried to discuss my concerns, no answer, just always suspended. Do not eat at this Hartz, Porter or Cleveland branch are 100% better.
Terrible tried to sell chicken from yesterday and got mad when I ask can I wait on fresh chicken she had a Terrible attitude for a manager or owner 1960 and first street. The said it would take 30 minutes for fresh chicken and the cook said it would be up in 5 minutes. So she tried to wait on everyone else and this other lady and I been ordered first, yes we were the only blacks of course.. No stars for them bad attitudes, couldn't post without 1 star
