Hb Japanese Steak House - Humble

The dining experience was great and so was the entertainment, but the service was very poor. I ordered the Samurai special, which included shrimp, vegetables, and roasted rice. It was a generous portion. However, the waitress never offered me a refill or even a glass of water. When I asked for some sugar for my tea, they said they had no spoons. They brought me a second fork instead. The wait staff also seemed in a rush to get customers out the door after they finished their meal. I tipped the chef, but the waitress did not receive a dime.

The restaurant is fantastic with delicious food and excellent service. The show is amazing and the chef always surprises with their creativity. I have never had a dull evening here.
