I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. It was our first time visiting, and our waitress, Jasmin, truly made it unforgettable. Since we were unfamiliar with the menu, she took her time to explain everything patiently. She was incredibly attentive and had great knowledge of the entire menu. Let me tell you, her recommendation of the Mango Habanero Shrimp with curly fries and the fried pickles made this place a must-stop whenever we're in the area. I would highly recommend this restaurant, and I wish there were more waitstaff like her. That’s what it’s all about!

I have lived in Humble for five years, and out of all the local spots, this one is my favorite. I love visiting Rita around noon; it’s the perfect time to enjoy a cold drink along with hot wings. Her service is always on point—she remembers regular customers and rarely gets orders wrong. Being in the industry myself, I can be picky about service, but I know Rita always delivers. To the managers: please keep her happy and make sure she stays! If you can, visit on Fridays during the cancer season; they have the best garlic peas! And don’t miss her new cheeky okra appetizer—it’s fantastic. Enjoy your visit!

Aaron was our waiter today. He's amazing! We had a crazy order, it just came out as we wanted. He didn't write down anything, it repeated perfectly again. He was so friendly. Definitely 5 star service! The Carrascos Humble, TX
