Mod Pizza - Humble

I've been a fan of Mod Pizza for years because they offer a "Salad Pizza," which I fell in love with the first time I tried it. It was crafted exactly how I wanted: made as a pizza, baked, and then topped with fresh salad. Delicious! However, I've had trouble reordering my favorite "Salad Pizza" ever since that first experience—until today. Simon prepared the best Mod "Salad Pizza" I've ever had, even better than the original. Unlike other employees at different locations who were either unfamiliar with the concept of a "Salad Pizza" or treated me as if I was making a complicated request, Simon was knowledgeable about the menu and extremely helpful, respectful, and attentive. He is truly an asset to your company and deserves to be a trainer for others in customer service.

I only eat pizza from Mods because I love their cauliflower crust!

I can't comment on my food yet because it's not ready, but when you have staff with poor attitudes, it reflects poorly on the management. Standing in front of paying customers on your cellphone sends a message about the level of service. It's no wonder people complain about the service. You can't blame the workers if they're not properly trained—just pointing that out.

Their pizza and salads are so fresh. It's a little pricey but worth it. Check it

Outstanding staff friendly kind and very understanding when people have no idea what tu put on The 11 inch pie. Place is very clean and restrooms were super clean. Very good Air condition and it was a very cool experience in the peak of lunch time. Good parking outside and highly recommended.
