Pho Dien 1960 - Humble

As first-time visitors, we were promptly seated upon arrival. However, the tables are quite close together, leaving little room for privacy. Our server didn’t give us a moment to review the menu; he seemed eager to take our order, which made us feel rushed into choosing the first items we noticed. Interestingly, two tables that arrived after us received their meals before we did. Nevertheless, the food turned out to be quite good, and the prices were reasonable. I would consider returning in the future.

We were very disappointed about this location after reading all of the good reviews. The pho was kinda bland compared to other pho places we have been at. The sliced pork and rice looked delicious but the taste wasn't that great. We did finish the porkbut not the pho. Service was not that great our waiter, he seemed very timid and just sat us down and left and it was a lot ofinconsistencies like that with him for a while. We won't be coming back to this location.

If I could give this place 100,000 stars, I absolutely would! The food is incredible, but the staff is just as fantastic! They are so kind and attentive, always knowing how to put a smile on both my and my sister's faces (my pho date). We won’t be going anywhere else—this place has definitely won our hearts! I usually get the fried spring rolls and the P5, while my sister enjoys the P2.

This is my very first Google review, but I just have to say that this pho is so amazing it deserves more recognition! It's hands down the BEST pho in Houston, and I've tried nearly every pho spot around. The broth is clear and not greasy at all. It has the perfect balance—not too sweet—and delivers a rich umami flavor that is surprisingly light and utterly addictive. My only complaint is that they aren't located closer to downtown Houston or Bellaire, but that's only because I want to visit all the time!

The food was decent, except for the tea, which was terrible. The service was satisfactory, but we had to wait quite a while to be seated and to place our order. The menu was a bit confusing because the lunch specials didn't list the options directly underneath them.
