Sorry, I was not impressed with this Popeyes. Drug dealers hanging outside the place, and the environment just wasnt clean. The only reason we stopped was because my Uncle really was hungry and wanted a strawberry biscuit. Well, they were out of biscuits, and the chicken fries were cold and unseasoned. Nothing about this place reminded me of the traditional Popeyes with good downhome fast food. If you're going to raise the prices of food, you need to make sure its worth it. In this case, it was not. Also, the customer service can use some improvement as well. Needless to say, I will not be returning.
Quality food. Just a Lil pricey. Do it make sense to lower the price across the board and you will need bigger spaces great food cause cz can always go anywhere we come for price good service and a friendly vibe. Staydown....Food: 5/5
Ordered online for the first time I selected to pick it up in drive thru. food was ready quickly, but unfortunately there were cars in front, which led to a 15 min wait., so I wish I picked the button to go inside. The nice lady working the drive thru was great. Very friendly.I need to be cautious not to use chicfila as the standard, but rather the exception… thing is I ordered the Popeyes sandwich, which in my mind is Popeyes way of trying to be a little bit of a competitor of chicfila. Not sure where you are with this logic… either way, I put 4 stars versus 5 b/c of the wait for a sandwich. I suppose if I just ordered a bucket of chicken, waiting 15 min in drive thru would have been less of a detractor.Gotta give it up for the sandwich. Wanted some fried food on a Sunday , so chicfila was out…. With this being said, on these special occasions when I want a fried chicken sandwich, I have been going to Popeyes more more.
Manager Arley greeted us when we arrived at the location. We live in the Dallas area and we were in Houston we stopped by this location and picked up a 12-piece mild box. We're almost to the airport before we went to start eating the chicken and realized it was spicy..We attempted to call the location several times only to find out later that the phone did not even work. We contacted corporate and corporate told us that next time we were in the location to swing by with our receipt and get the new replaced. That was our goal.We explained the situation to Arley and she was so focused on it being 20-something days ago that she couldn't see the point that we are customers and we bought something that we didn't receive..We still had a receipt she told us to give her as she was going to contact the main manager Frank. After explaining the situation to Frank and explaining that just the the review here could cause tens hundreds of people's not to come to this location and how that doesn't make good business sense. We are legitimate customers with the receipt that had a legitimate problem , and the location does not have a phone that works. How was I supposed to get the order re place? How was I supposed to complain about the order? Anyway I would not recommend this. When you walk in there it looks like you're being served.. finally after speaking with corporate and then issuing a coupon code I went to redeem it restaurant it is irreversible. So course even though the offer to redeem and restaurant is available we were not allowed to she said the code did not work so then we had to cancel the code. And start all over negative 99 stars
